Job summary

ProFocus Technology is seeking an Agile Technical Project Manager to lead custom web application projects and Jira-powered workflows. You will own end-to-end delivery, oversee project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, blockers, and delivery commitments while coordinating with QA and UI/UX teams to align designs and releases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Agile Technical Project Management experience.
• 4+ years of overall relevant professional experience.
• Experience with web application development teams and API integration projects.
• Proficient in Jira and Agile/Scrum ceremonies for 2+ teams.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of custom web application projects and Jira workflows, including plans, schedules, milestones, risks, blockers, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate design, front-end development, stakeholder reviews, user testing, and releases with QA and UI/UX teams.
• Serve as Scrum Master for two teams (custom web app development and IT Operations) and lead Agile ceremonies.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
