Job summary

TeamSoft is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives with strong SDLC involvement. The role combines 90% remote work with 10% onsite collaboration and supports a major modernization effort for Child Support projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and produce status reports to guide sponsor decisions. The position requires experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, plus excellent communication with business and technical

Qualifications

Experience coordinating multiple projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to gather and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
Proven liaison between business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
Support all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Support the Child Support Modernization project.
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans.
Prepare project status reports, documentation, meeting agendas and minutes.
Serve as liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
Document requirements and coordinate with sponsors and project teams.
