Job summary
MSIG USA is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master to drive predictable, outcome-focused delivery across complex technology initiatives. You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, PMO, and business stakeholders to maintain transparency and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will coach teams on agile practices, ensure delivery against commitments, manage risks and blockers, and leverage Azure DevOps for data-driven visibility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
- Experience in PNC Insurance with actuarial domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and predictability in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of Data and Data Management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to interpret delivery metrics to improve flow and throughput.
- Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master/Agile Lead for cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and promote self-organization.
- Coach teams toward high performance and flow-based delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog and roadmap.
- Provide transparent progress updates to leadership and PMO.
