Job summary

Semios Group seeks a Product Delivery Lead to bridge Product and Engineering, turning priorities into delivery-ready plans and maintaining visibility from planning through release. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar coordination role in a software product organization.
• Strong track record of supporting multiple cross-functional teams and navigating distributed or global work environments.
• Experience coordinating software releases and cross-functional release or launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and key delivery ceremonies across product teams.
• Coordinate delivery planning and ongoing communication across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain backlog cleanliness and structure in Jira, with accurate status, ownership, and links between items.
• Support Product Managers in maintaining backlog readiness while ensuring product strategy and feature requirements stay with the Product Manager.
• Maintain the administrative accuracy of the product roadmap, including status, timing, ownership, and dependencies.
