Ladders is seeking an Agile Engagement Lead to guide agile delivery across cross‑functional teams from a remote US base. You will blend Scrum Master, Product Owner, and coaching duties to align roadmap priorities with business goals and ensure effective ceremonies and backlog management in a healthcare cybersecurity context.

The role emphasizes translating requirements into user stories, working with engineering and security stakeholders, and driving sprint execution while removing impediments.

Formación

• 10+ years as Senior Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
• 10+ years as Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Experience managing Agile backlogs in Scrum or Kanban
• Hands‑on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Experience with cybersecurity workflows in healthcare
• Strong ability to translate requirements into user stories
• Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and release plans
• Ensure alignment between the product roadmap and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and security
• Serve as a hands‑on Scrum Master and Product Owner
