Job summary

The Semios Group is seeking a Product Delivery Lead to bridge Product and Engineering, turning priorities into delivery-ready plans. This individual contributor role combines Scrum Master duties with backlog administration, while product strategy remains with leaders.

You’ll coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, risks, and cross-team communication across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Success to keep work clearly defined and tracked in Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or similar coordination role.
• Experience supporting multiple cross-functional teams and distributed work environments.
• Experience implementing and administering Jira-based roadmap tools.
• Experience coordinating software releases and cross-functional readiness.
• Relevant Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and delivery ceremonies.
• Maintain a healthy agile delivery process and backlog quality in Jira.
• Coordinate delivery planning and cross-team communications across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Success.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive resolution.
• Ensure work is defined and delivery-ready before execution; manage roadmaps and forecasts.
