Job summary

The Semios Group is hiring a Product Delivery Lead in the United States. This role bridges Product and Engineering, converting priorities into delivery-ready plans. It combines Scrum Master duties with delivery coordination, while not managing people or making technical decisions.

You will coordinate planning, maintain backlog cleanliness in Jira, and ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders. Hybrid work options with remote flexibility support this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Agile delivery roles within software product organizations.
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams in distributed environments.
• Experience implementing/configuring Jira-based planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and delivery ceremonies.
• Maintain healthy, consistent agile delivery processes across teams.
• Ensure backlog readiness with context, scope, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies.
• Identify delivery risks and blockers, driving resolution with stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery planning and communication across Product, Engineering, Design, Data and other teams.
• Maintain backlog structure and Jira links, ensuring accurate status and ownership.
• Support product managers in backlog readiness while keeping product strategy with Product leadership.
• Define and structure objectives, dependencies, capacity, and status within roadmap tools.
• Provide delivery forecasts and communicate scope/timing changes.
• Coordinate release readiness across multiple teams and functions.
