Eliassen Group is seeking an Agile Coach to support an enterprise agility pilot within a Digital Banking ecosystem of 24 teams. The role focuses on Lean-Agile practices, guiding leaders on agile mindset, and enabling teams to learn and mature.

This remote, contract engagement offers a competitive W2 rate and benefits. You will coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners, design scalable operating models, and drive continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams and leaders.
• Expertise in Lean-Agile, Scrum, and scaled frameworks.
• Experience with modern engineering practices.
• Able to use metrics to drive improvement.

• Follow Agile Operating and Risk Frameworks and use metrics to improve.
• Set coaching objectives with leaders to drive adoption.
• Provide training on Agile frameworks.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and executives.
• Empower teams to be self-managing and cross-functional.
• Design roadmaps for future Agile practices.
• Plan agile adoption across multiple teams.
