Remote Agile Coach role with Eliassen Group seeks to support an enterprise agility pilot within a Digital Banking environment. You will guide Lean-Agile adoption, mentor leaders, and help teams mature agile practices across 24 teams.

The contract role is W2-based, with benefits included and a competitive hourly rate of $110–$120. Strong coaching and enterprise transformation experience are required to drive ongoing improvements.

• Expertise in Lean-Agile, Scrum, and scaled frameworks.
• Experience implementing modern engineering practices with technology teams.

• Provide training sessions on Agile frameworks and modern engineering practices.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and executives on Agile leadership.
• Empower teams to be self-managing, cross-functional, and relentlessly improving.
• Develop operating models or roadmaps for future Agile practices across teams.
• Plan and design agile adoption across multiple teams in the Digital Banking ecosystem.

Our client seeks an Agile Coach to support an enterprise agility pilot within a Digital Banking ecosystem of 24 teams. The coach will enable teams to learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile principles and modern engineering practices, guide leaders on agile mindset, and contribute to organization-wide initiatives that advance agility and knowledge of agile.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $110.00 to $120.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Ensure Agile Operating Frameworks and Risk Frameworks are followed, leveraging feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement with coaches and scrum masters.
• Create strategic coaching objectives with leaders to drive adoption, maturity, and optimization of agile and product mindset and practices.
• Provide training sessions on Agile frameworks and modern engineering practices.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and executives on Agile leadership practices.
• Empower teams to become self-managing, cross-functional, and focused on relentless improvement.
• Develop operating models or roadmaps for future Agile practices across multiple teams.
• Plan and design agile adoption across multiple teams within the Digital Banking ecosystem.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams and leaders in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, and scaled frameworks.
• Experience implementing modern engineering practices in partnership with technology teams.
• Ability to use metrics and feedback loops to assess and improve team and organizational agility.
• Background enabling large-scale transformations and pilot programs.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
