Job summary

FullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer to join our product teams and deliver AI-powered software for clients. You will work across stacks, translating complex requirements into machine-executable AI specs while maintaining architectural oversight.

Remote 100%, collaborating with startups and Fortune 500s. You’ll apply disciplined human-in-the-loop reviews, Agile/Lean practices, and produce production-ready systems. A four-year degree and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep full-stack experience across Java, Python, C#, React, Node.
• Experience with AI-driven development and AI-first workflows.
• Strong context engineering, specs, and documentation.
• Ability to translate product requirements into executable AI specs.
• Experience in Agile/Lean environments.
• Advanced English proficiency; Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to build and deliver software for clients.
• Design AI-first development workflows from specification to deployment.
• Improve AI-generated output through iterative feedback loops.
• Ensure production-ready systems across frontend, backend and infra.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain high-quality code.
