Job summary

FullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer to join product teams and deliver AI-driven software for clients. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments with disciplined human-in-the-loop practices and strong emphasis on quality and reliability.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience, advanced English, and a four-year degree. This role supports 100% remote work with a focus on innovative AI techniques and Lean/Agile methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full-stack architectures (e.g., Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• Experience using Google Antigravity as a primary development environment to coordinate AI-driven implementation.
• Strong context engineering skills and ability to structure codebases, specs and docs for AI output.
• Translate complex product requirements into machine-executable AI specifications.
• Design AI-first development workflows from spec to deployment.
• Improve AI-generated output through structured iteration and feedback loops.
• Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
