Job summary

FullStack, a leading software consultancy, seeks an Agentic Software Engineer (Google Antigravity) to join our product teams and deliver AI-assisted software to clients. You will coordinate across large, multi-file systems while maintaining architectural oversight and production readiness.

We require 5+ years of experience, advanced English, a four-year degree, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly in a fully remote environment, collaborating across frontend, backend and infrastructure with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep experience with full-stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• Experience delivering production software with AI-generated implementation.
• Strong context engineering and documentation practices.
• Ability to translate product requirements into AI-ready specs.
• Experience designing AI-first development workflows from spec to deployment.
• Ability to improve AI outputs through structured iteration and feedback.
• Proficiency across frontend, backend and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments.
• Disciplined human-in-the-loop review for high-risk flows.
• Advanced English and a completed four-year college degree.
