Job summary

FullStack, a leading software consultancy in the Americas, seeks an Agentic Software Engineer to join product teams in delivering AI-driven software solutions.

You will work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, coordinating AI-enabled implementations, while maintaining architectural oversight and rigorous quality controls. A four-year degree and strong English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack architectures (e.g., Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• Experience using Google Antigravity as primary development environment for AI-driven coordination across large systems.
• Experience delivering production software where AI generates most implementation code.
• Strong context engineering to structure codebases, specifications, and docs for reliable AI output.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to design and deliver AI-enhanced software solutions.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI-friendly specifications and workflows.
• Drive AI-first development from spec to deployment across frontend, backend and infra.
• Continuously improve AI-generated output through structured feedback loops.
