The role emphasizes context engineering, architecture oversight, and production delivery with AI-generated code. We require a four-year degree, advanced English, and 5+ years in full-stack development, with a strong background in agile and lean practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack architectures.
• Experience using AI-driven development to coordinate large multi-file systems.
• Experience delivering production software where AI systems generate code.
• Strong context engineering for structuring codebases, specs, and docs.
• Ability to translate product requirements into AI-friendly specs.
• Experience designing AI-first development workflows.
• Ability to improve AI output via structured iteration.
• Comfort across frontend, backend, and infrastructure with AI.
• Discipline in human-in-the-loop validation for high-risk flows.
• Advanced English and a four-year college degree are required.
