Job summary

FullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer (Google Antigravity) to join our team. You\'ll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in full-stack development and strong English skills. You will operate in AI-accelerated environments across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with a focus on producing production-ready AI-driven software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack architectures.
• Deep experience using AI-enabled development environments to coordinate AI-driven implementation.
• Experience delivering production software where AI systems generate major code.
• Strong context engineering, including structuring codebases, specifications, and documentation to produce reliable AI output.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into machine-executable, AI-friendly specifications.
• Experience designing AI-first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Ability to systematically improve AI-generated output through structured iteration and feedback loops.
• Comfort working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments.
• Disciplined human-in-the-loop review practices with risk-adjusted validation for high-impact flows.
• Advanced English and a four-year college degree.
• Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
