Job summary

FullStack in the United States is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer (Google Antigravity) to join our product teams. You will collaborate with talented engineers to build AI-driven features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, delivering production-ready systems while maintaining architectural oversight.

The role requires 5+ years of software development, deep full-stack knowledge, and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with deep full-stack knowledge.
• Deep experience using Google Antigravity as a primary development environment for AI-driven implementation.
• Experience delivering production software where AI systems generate a majority of code.
• Strong context engineering skills to produce reliable AI output.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into machine-executable specifications.
• Experience designing AI-first development workflows from spec to deployment.
• Ability to iteratively improve AI-generated output with structured feedback.
• Comfort across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments.
• Disciplined human-in-the-loop review for safety-critical flows.
• Curiosity for emerging AI-native engineering practices.
• Advanced understanding of Agile and Lean, with team ceremonies participation.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
• Ability to align with client goals and deliver on commitments.
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Work with product teams to build and deliver AI-driven features.
• Coordinate AI-driven implementation across large, multi-file systems.
• Maintain architectural oversight while AI generates code.
• Design AI-first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Ensure high-quality, production-ready systems with HR supervision and risk controls.
