Job summary

LMI Government Consulting in Tysons, VA is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in agentic AI to join the Chief Technology Office development team. This role requires an active Secret security clearance and a proven ability to deliver quickly in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities include leveraging agentic AI to extend code stacks, building RESTful APIs, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to meet mission needs while following DevSecOps practices and agile

Qualifications

Eligibility for a security clearance is required.
3-5 years applying development in a production environment.
Experience with agentic AI coding tools: demonstrated proficiency at scale.
Proven full-stack development experience: 3-5 years in front-end and back-end systems.
Knowledge of programming languages: proficient in at least one back-end language (Python preferred) and one front-end framework/tool (TypeScript preferred).
Experience with API development: RESTful APIs for integration.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server; MongoDB.
Agile methodologies: work in agile environments, cross-functional teams.
Version control proficiency: Git (GitLab preferred).
Experience with testing, security, DevSecOps, CI/CD: automated testing, secure pipelines.
Strong communication skills: articulate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to multiple customers within large programs.
Leverage agentic AI tools to add new functionality quickly into existing stacks.
Contribute to strategically critical projects across the portfolio with measurable results.
Collaborate with dev teams, stakeholders, and leads to identify pain points and implement solutions in an agile environment.
Transition between programs to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Analyze requirements and program objectives to develop innovative mission-aligned solutions.
Work in multidisciplinary teams to enable integrations and resolve technical challenges.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and government standards.
Document technical solutions for knowledge transfer between teams.
Conduct rigorous testing to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
