Job summary

LMI, headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, seeks a Full-Stack Developer with Agentic AI proficiency to join the Chief Technology Office and deliver rapid, flexible software solutions for federal programs.

The role requires active eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance and a track record of 3–5 years building production-grade apps across front-end and back-end technologies, with strong emphasis on secure CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for a security clearance is required: Active Secret clearance preferred.
• 3-5 years applying dev in a production environment
• Experience with agentic AI coding tools
• Proven full-stack development experience (front-end and back-end)
• Proficient in at least one back-end language (Python preferred) and one front-end framework/tool (TypeScript preferred)
• Experience with API development and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Agile methodologies and Git version control (GitLab preferred)
• Experience with testing, security, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
