You will architect complex workflows enabling agents to perform multi-step reasoning and autonomous tasks, while optimizing performance with transformer architectures and thorough observability. This is 100% remote with competitive USD compensation and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI or software engineering experience.
• Expertise building agentic systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong Python and tool-calling/multi-agent coordination.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and observability.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Develop and integrate custom tool-calling capabilities to expand agent functionality and real-world impact.
• Architect complex workflows that enable agents to perform multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
• Optimize agent performance by leveraging a deep understanding of transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
• Implement robust observability and monitoring solutions to track agent behavior, decision-making, and reliability.
