BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks and build tool-calling capabilities for real-world impact. You will work on complex workflows enabling autonomous task execution and advanced agent performance optimization.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in agentic systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong proficiency in Python and implementing tool-calling and multi-agent coordination.
• Deep understanding of transformer architecture and observability for long-running AI workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Develop and integrate custom tool-calling capabilities to expand agent functionality and real-world impact.
• Architect complex workflows that enable agents to perform multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
• Optimize agent performance by leveraging a deep understanding of transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
• Implement robust observability and monitoring solutions to track agent behavior, decision-making, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate business processes through agentic AI solutions.
