BairesDev is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer (Python) to design and develop intelligent software systems driven by autonomous AI agents. You will connect advanced language models with complex workflows to enable multi-step tasks and collaboration within intelligent networks for operational goals.
We value 5+ years in software or AI engineering, strong Python skills, and experience with agentic orchestration frameworks.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python programming and developing AI applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and architectures.
- Deep understanding of building and deploying autonomous AI agents or multi-agent workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Design and implement scalable agentic orchestration frameworks and system architectures.
- Build and optimize autonomous multi-agent workflows that safely delegate tasks and reason through execution.
- Develop production-ready AI applications leveraging advanced programming languages and systems design.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate autonomous behavioral models into existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Establish robust evaluation and governance frameworks to monitor and refine agent behavior under stress.
