BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks and to develop tool-calling capabilities for real-world impact.

You will architect complex workflows enabling agents to perform multi-step reasoning and autonomous tasks, while optimizing performance with transformer architectures and thorough observability. This is 100% remote with competitive USD compensation and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI or software engineering experience.
• Expertise building agentic systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong Python and tool-calling/multi-agent coordination.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and observability.
