You will contribute to scalable architectures, governance, and production-ready AI applications, with a strong emphasis on English communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software or AI Engineering.
• Proven Python expertise and AI application development.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and architectures.
• Experience building and deploying autonomous AI agents or multi-agent workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable agentic orchestration frameworks and system architectures.
• Build and optimize autonomous multi-agent workflows that safely delegate tasks and reason through execution.
• Develop production-ready AI applications leveraging Python and systems design.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate autonomous models into enterprise ecosystems.
• Establish evaluation and governance frameworks to monitor agent behavior under stress.
