Ethos Risk Services is seeking a senior Agentic AI Software Developer (REMOTE) to architect AI-first software solutions. You will translate business requirements into specs, oversee AI-assisted development, and ensure secure, high-quality AI-generated code.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in C#/.NET, strong SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), and cloud/AWS experience, plus hands-on work with AI tools. This is a primarily remote role with timezone alignment to ET/CT hours.

Competenze

• 7–10 years software development with C#/.NET (required).
• 5+ years with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL (required).
• 3–5 years cloud experience, AWS preferred (required).
• Hands-on with AI-assisted or spec-driven tools (preferred).
• Experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code (required).
• Frontend experience with React (preferred).
• Strong CI/CD, automation, and QA background.
• Leadership and architecture mentorship capabilities.
