Job summary

Connect Tech+Talent seeks an experienced Agentic AI Developer/Architect to design scalable AI-enabled enterprise apps. You will build Java (Spring Boot) microservices, REST APIs, and AI agents integrated with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases in cloud-native environments.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise software, strong Java/J2EE, and hands-on AI orchestration expertise. Remote, long-term contract with collaboration across orgs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of application architecture and enterprise software development.
• Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Java 11/17+.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and vector databases.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and enterprise security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable AI-enabled enterprise applications and architecture.
• Develop and architect Java (Spring Boot) microservices and REST APIs.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using AI orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Define architecture standards, security, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and mentor development teams.
