Mainstay is hiring an Agent Operations Lead to own operating results for large institutional SFR portfolios in a fully remote US role. You will manage dispositions, acquisitions where applicable, and coordinate with a business relationship lead to align on contracts, allocations, and expansion.

You will use AI tools to drive reconciliation, reporting, and proactive updates. You will lead cross-functional teams across pricing, field, and transaction coordination to maintain trust with customers

Formación

• 5+ years in real estate operations, portfolio or asset management, for institutional or high-volume real estate customers.
• Ownership of a portfolio outcome including reporting cadence and hard conversations.
• Working knowledge of the full transaction lifecycle: pricing, listing, offers and contract to close. Acquisitions experience is a plus.
• Experience launching a new customer, market, or program to steady state.
• Real estate license preferred, not required.
• Specific, demonstrable AI workflows: built around at least one general-purpose LLM and used on a real portfolio or pipeline.
• Judgment about when not to use AI, and the ability to check AI outputs for accuracy and Fair Housing compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers' directors or cross-functional partners.
• Comfort with evenings/weekends when the book requires it, and occasional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Own dispositions and acquisitions for customer portfolios from landing to close.
• Co-own customer relationships with the business relationship lead and align on commercial goals.
• Run cadence, provide analysis, and flag issues early for remediation.
• Set priorities across agents, pricing, field, and transaction coordination teams.
• Operate as the day-to-day counterpart to the customer’s directors and analysts.
• Help grow with new customers, markets, and programs, and launch them successfully.
