As the central owner of on-shift operations, you’ll guide the guest messaging team, balance guest experience with cost, document resolutions, and escalate only when needed. Expect ownership and real-time impact.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team, coordinate vendors, and support guests.
• Decisive, fast risk assessment and action without excessive approvals.
• Comfort with AI tools and adaptable to new tech in operations.

Responsibilities

• Run live operations across the portfolio, triage, decide, and coordinate.
• Lead the guest messaging team during shifts and set priorities.
• Triage maintenance remotely when possible and dispatch vendors when needed.
• Coordinate cleaning teams when schedules shift or issues arise.
• Use AI tools to triage messages, draft communications, and build scalable workflows.
• Make cost-effective real-time decisions balancing guest experience and resources.
• Document issues and resolutions for transition continuity.
• Escalate only when necessary and solve where possible.
