CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking an Agent Development Director to drive top-line revenue across our Flatbed Solutions and brokerage network.

This is a strategic role focused on building scalable agent networks while developing customer freight opportunities to keep capacity flowing. You will recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing agents and fleet owners, own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, and collaborate with operations, pricing, and sales leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, brokerage, or agent-based sales.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through relationship-based selling.
• Experience with CRM, reporting tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop agents and fleet owners to drive revenue.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain CRM with pipeline visibility and forecasts.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, and sales leadership.
