Job summary

Zipliens is a leading lien resolution company seeking an Agency Manager to build and maintain relationships with Medicare, State Medicaid Agencies, managed care partners, and agency representatives. The role oversees protocols and service level alignment in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing relationships with government agencies, health plans, or managed care organizations.
• Experience coordinating with legal, operations, and technical teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership on resolution strategy and protocol formation.
• Coordinate milestones and timelines with health plan agencies and clients.
• Track progress of agency resolutions and escalate delays appropriately.
• Maintain a master directory of agency profiles and key contacts.
• Serve as main point of contact for health plan agencies and portal access.
• Coordinate agency meetings and support reporting for clients and agencies.
• Collaborate with tech/development teams on portal build-out and tool use.
• Assist with miscellaneous lien resolution activities as needed.
