Zipliens is a leading lien resolution company focused on streamlining lien processes for personal injury law firms. We seek an Agency Manager to build and maintain relationships with Medicare, state Medicaid agencies, managed care partners, and other health plan agencies in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The ideal candidate will manage external stakeholder relationships, coordinate with operations and tech teams, and ensure service levels across agency partnerships while driving efficient

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience managing relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, health plans or managed care organizations in lien resolution or healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with department leadership on resolution strategy and protocol formation based on project requirements and client directives.
• Coordinate with lien resolution operations teams on milestones, deliverables, and timeframes for health plan agencies and assist with client communication when appropriate.
• Track progress of health plan agency resolutions to ensure program requirements and internal service levels are met; identify delays or obstacles and escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain a master directory of health plan agency profiles with key contacts and essential data for each relationship.
• Integrate directory items into operational applications and monitor as needed.
• Serve as the main contact for health plan agencies and as the authorized representative for agency portal/account access.
• Maintain regular communications and own agency relationship meeting coordination to ensure protocol adherence and proactive issue identification.
• Assist with creation, production, and dissemination of reports for clients and health plan agencies.
• Participate in regular meetings with the tech/development team for the portal build-out and collaborate on tool implementation and prioritization.
• Assist with miscellaneous lien resolution activities as needed.
