Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Provider Relations Coordinator to develop and service high quality provider networks within an assigned geographic area. You will act as the primary contact for providers, build relationships with multiple departments, and support lien resolutions as directed by attorneys.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% across facilities to engage with doctors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting is required.
• Subject matter expert in medical lien resolution.
• Sales/marketing background with consultative selling is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills; ability to collaborate with diverse professionals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal departments to map existing provider relationships in defined territory.
• Identify and fulfill service offering gaps and develop best practices for the territory.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Futures, and Client Advocacy to address policies and operations.
• Maintain professional touchpoints with medical providers and troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as lien resolution manager: review, negotiate, and resolve liens with providers or insurers.
• Enter provider data accurately in the database and travel to facilities as needed.
