You will manage client relationships, source candidates, and work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with a compensation structure that includes commission and bonuses.

Strong performance and revenue accountability are expected as you build a book of business in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: 2+ years at a staffing agency.
• Full-Desk Recruiting: manage client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & Revenue accountability: meet or exceed targets.
• Relationship nurturing: maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities
