Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Social to support the development, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns for clients in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, optimized effectively, and aligned with business objectives, while presenting insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of paid social media experience, preferably in an advertising agency environment.
• Knowledge of performance marketing principles and digital media measurement.
• Experience managing campaigns across paid social platforms, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
• Experience with campaign setup, QA processes, optimization, reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support paid social campaigns to achieve client goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate day-to-day campaign execution, including campaign and ad builds, QA checks, launch setup, monitoring, and ongoing optimizations.
• Monitor campaign pacing and support budget management to ensure effective allocation of media spend.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Prepare recurring performance reports, campaign analyses, and post-campaign wrap reports.
• Attend client meetings and communicate campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations.
