Job summary

Acceleration Partners is hiring an Account Specialist for our Affiliate Marketing team. This entry level role focuses on supporting client accounts, analyzing performance data, and assisting in executing affiliate strategies.

A structured training program is provided to grow with the team and channel expertise. You will collaborate with senior members, participate in client meetings, and develop skills toward independent management of accounts over time.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing beneficial.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus.
• A genuine interest in AI tools, including hands-on experience integrating AI into your work and an appetite to keep improving.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formatting, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• Ability to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Client Support & Relationship Building: Work with Account Directors and SAM/AMs to support multiple accounts and deliver high quality client outputs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and interpret performance data and translate into actionable insights for clients.
• Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in executing affiliate strategies and contribute ideas to improve performance.
• Partner Management & Activation: Support senior team members in managing partner relationships and recruitment strategies.
• Development and Accountability: Learn from seniors and participate in AP training to grow into a more autonomous role.
