Job summary

Acceleration Partners is hiring an Account Specialist in a remote, entry-level role within the Affiliate Marketing team. You will support client accounts, analyze performance data, and help execute affiliate strategies while learning from senior team members.

A structured training program will enable growth into a more strategic, autonomous role, with travel for client meetings and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is beneficial.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookup, pivots, formatting).
• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (ShareASale, CJ, Impact) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support management of client accounts in affiliate marketing.
• Analyze performance data and develop actionable insights.
• Assist in execution of client’s affiliate strategies and campaign tactics.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies and industry engagement.
