Job summary

CoinPoker is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Partnerships Manager to source, negotiate, and close poker affiliate deals across the United States. This role emphasizes CPA, rev share, rakeback, and hybrid structures, with a focus on building a robust regional partner book.

Qualifications

Proven track record sourcing and closing poker affiliate deals.
Strong understanding of poker and poker player economics (rakeback, player segments).
Established relationships within the regional poker affiliate landscape.
Working knowledge of CPA, rev share, and hybrid deal structures.
Experience monitoring cohort quality and rake generation.
Strong negotiation and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and close new poker affiliate deals across the region
Structure CPA, rev share, rakeback-based, and hybrid arrangements
Build and maintain a pipeline of new affiliate opportunities
Manage the day-to-day regional partner book and relationship growth
Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance, including traffic quality and rake generation
Renegotiate or cut underperforming or low-quality sources
Report regularly on new deals, pipeline, and book performance
