Job summary

CoinPoker is seeking a Regional Partnerships Director to lead growth of the iGaming audience across the United States. You will define channel mix, own the P&L, and drive new player acquisition through affiliate networks, streamers, and ambassadors.

The role requires deep regional knowledge, a track record of growing NGR by partnerships, and experience with CPA, rev-share, and hybrid deals. You will also build a scalable regional team and work in a remote-capable setting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing an iGaming player base through affiliation.
• Demonstrable results in NGR terms.
• Strong experience managing content-side partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of the assigned region.
• Native or fluent command of the region's key language(s) and fluent English.
• Experience owning a P&L or budget with genuine accountability.
• Experience structuring CPA, rev share, fixed fee, and hybrid deal arrangements.
