Job summary

iRESTORE in the United States (Oregon) is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and scale affiliate partnerships for our Body and Skin product categories. You will identify editorial publications, product review sites, and networks to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.

The role sits in our Growth organization, partners closely with Brand, Performance Creative, Paid Media, and E-commerce, and reports to the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or performance marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of growing affiliate programs and driving revenue through publisher partnerships and networks.
• Experience negotiating and managing relationships with editorial publications, product review sites, and affiliate networks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop affiliate partnerships across editorial publications, product review sites, affiliate networks, and loyalty platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, editors, and affiliate managers to secure high-value placements.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate revenue, ROAS, CAC, and AOV to optimize partner mix and investments.
• Partner with Brand, Paid Media, E-commerce, and Finance to align affiliate initiatives with campaigns and launches.
