Job summary

iRESTORE is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and scale affiliate partnerships for our Body and Skin product categories. This role sits in the Growth organization and partners with Brand, Performance Creative, Paid Media, and E-commerce teams to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue.

You will identify, recruit, and manage editorial publications, product review sites, networks, and other partners, shaping commission structures and strategic promotions to maximize profitability

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in affiliate/partnership/performance marketing, preferably in DTC/e-commerce/beauty/wellness.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record growing affiliate programs and revenue through publisher partnerships and networks.
• Experience identifying, pitching, negotiating, and managing editorial and affiliate partners.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing fundamentals, tracking, attribution, and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop affiliate partnerships across editorial publications, review sites, networks, and publishers.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, editors, and affiliate managers to expand presence.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to terms, campaigns, and ongoing relationships.
• Monitor affiliate revenue, CAC, ROAS, ROI and optimize partner mix and commissions.
• Collaborate with Brand, Paid Media, E-commerce, and Finance to align initiatives with campaigns and launches.
