Affiliate Marketing Partners (AMP), a rapidly growing affiliate marketing agency, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our mission of delivering top-tier affiliate marketing solutions to our diverse client portfolio.

This role is a great fit for experienced Affiliate Marketing Managers who enjoy dynamic work days, with priorities that can change quickly. The ideal Affiliate Marketing Manager works autonomously, with minimal supervision, showcasing a high degree of initiative and independence.

Job Type: Full-time Employee

Occasional travel may be required for client engagements, industry conferences, or internal events.

Responsibilities:

• As the primary point of contact for clients, develop and maintain strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of affiliate programs, ensuring the successful execution of strategies and campaigns to meet client objectives.
• Establish and grow relationships across a wide set of affiliates, including maintaining regular communication, strategizing new optimization opportunities, and negotiating payouts.
• Employ data and analytics strategically to provide insights, identify trends, and make recommendations that drive client success and exceed goals.
• Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing strategies and tactical plans, prioritizing initiatives that align with client goals and proactively adjusting as necessary.
• Oversee all account deliverables, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, maximizing client investment and managed revenue.
• Maintain full ownership of campaign management, demonstrating solid organizational skills and the ability to focus on and prioritize tasks based on client objectives.
• Analyze client data to inform optimization, activation, and recruitment campaigns, leveraging insights to improve account performance.
• Innovate and stay informed of industry trends, especially regarding new partner discovery and recruitment tactics, to enhance value for clients and stay ahead in the field.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
• Proven ability to execute the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs efficiently, with a strong sense of independence and minimal guidance.
• Demonstrated strong internal motivation and a commitment to delivering superior results and exceptional customer service.
• Cultivated problem-solving skills, high levels of judgement, and critical attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and effectively coordinating several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to handle client meetings and challenging situations with confidence and poise.
• Must have knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms such as CJ, Impact, Everflow, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formatting, formulas, and customizing reports.
