Job summary

Rush Street Interactive is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead growth of its affiliate programs across BetRivers, PlaySugarHouse, and RushBet. You will recruit top partners, negotiate deals, and drive performance with collaboration across Brand Marketing, Finance, BI, and Legal.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on ROI and LTV. Travel domestically and internationally as needed, with a pay range reflecting experience and market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years in affiliate marketing (advertiser/performance side preferred).
Experience with major attribution/tracking platforms (AppsFlyer, GA4, etc.).
Strong analytical, ROI modeling, elasticity testing, and partner profitability skills.
Fluent in affiliate tracking concepts and campaign setup.

Responsibilities

Lead growth and optimization of RSI affiliate programs across brands and markets.
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates.
Negotiate commissions and hybrid deals aligned with ROI and profitability.
Develop dashboards and reporting pipelines with Data Science and Marketing Analytics.
Own forecasting, budget pacing, and KPI monitoring for affiliate channels.
