Job summary

Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Lead Analyst to own growth and player behavior analytics across sportsbook, casino, and poker products. This high-visibility role partners with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and VIP to surface insights driving engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical instincts, comfort with ML tooling, and a track record of delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics, ideally within gaming, sports betting, or a consumer product with meaningful behavioral data.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Growth & retention analytics across sportsbook, casino, and poker products.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product and VIP to drive analytics initiatives for growth and retention.
• Manage end-to-end analytics on bonus programs to measure, engage, and optimize ROI.
• Analyze in-platform behavior to uncover engagement patterns and inform personalization and product decisions.
• Apply ML techniques and AI tools to accelerate insight generation and build predictive models.
