Job summary

Hadley Designs is seeking an Affiliate and Influencer Program Manager to design and scale a multi-channel affiliate program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify. You will coach hundreds of creators, drive sales, and continuously evolve the program with data-driven decisions.

You will report to the CEO and own economics, tooling, and workflows to build a multimillion-dollar program that runs across platforms with AI-enabled processes and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing for e-commerce brands.
• Built and scaled an affiliate or creator program for at least one other e-commerce brand.
• Hands-on experience running affiliate on at least two of TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify.
• Point of view on where affiliate is going next and one thing built ahead of the curve.
• Strong grasp of program economics from commissions to margins.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a unified affiliate and creator program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify.
• Coach creators, run creator calls, provide feedback, and keep the community engaged.
• Monitor platform changes and test new affiliate/creator models with small bets.
• Own sample spend, commissions, retainers, and measure sales and margin returns.
• Direct a sourcing pipeline to maintain a steady flow of creators who fit our ideal profile.
• Lead top affiliates and ensure content feeds into paid media.
