Job summary

Runpod, a remote‑first AI developer cloud, seeks an Affiliate & Creator Marketing Lead to own and scale our affiliate program while consolidating influencer relationships into a single, performance‑driven motion. You will build repeatable processes, recruit new creators, and partner across Growth, Content, Product Marketing, PR, DevRel, and Sales to drive signups and revenue.

You’ll design incentives, manage contracts and payouts, and measure performance to optimize growth channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer or creator partnerships, community, or growth marketing with ownership of a program end to end.
• Proven track record of finding, recruiting, and managing affiliates or creators.
• Comfort with incentive design and creator economics.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (PartnerStack, Awin or similar).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data without hand‑holding.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with content, growth, and sales in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluency with internet and creator culture; identify creators who can scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Runpod's affiliate program end to end, taking over agency-managed relationships as contracts wind down and bringing affiliate management in‑house.
• Strengthen relationships with high‑performing affiliates through proactive outreach and improved support.
• Monitor affiliate performance and program health in PartnerStack; ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
• Refine commission structures, tiering, and incentives to maximize signups and program integrity.
• Transition the influencer program from impressions-based sponsorships to a performance-based motion inside the affiliate program.
• Build a repeatable process to find new creators across YouTube, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Discord, and other platforms.
• Partner with DevRel to surface creators and community members as a sourcing pipeline.
• Evaluate creators by audience fit, reach, and content quality, not follower count alone.
• Develop relationships with promising creators and onboard them into the affiliate program with proper incentives.
• Design partnership concepts (challenges, giveaways, co-branded content) to maximize organic reach.
• Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, PR/Comms, and DevRel to keep creator content accurate and on-brand.
• Track performance across creator content and scale formats/partners driving signups and revenue.
• Collaborate with employees to grow public presence and content programs.
• Create content calendars and briefs to simplify publishing for non-marketers.
• Support executive amplification efforts and align employee content with Runpod's narrative.
• Ensure employee content ladders up to Runpod's priorities.
• Own reporting cadence for affiliate/creator performance and provide updates to leadership.
• Manage contracts, payouts, and day-to-day coordination with affiliates, creators, and platforms like PartnerStack.
