Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Affiliate/Partnership management (1–2 years)
• Excellent command of English and Spanish
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Affiliates/IBs; grow partner network
• Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
• Communicate with clients to resolve account issues
• Negotiate with networks and partners for cooperation
• Negotiate contracts and renewals with partners
• Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on ROI
• Monitor affiliate sites for fraudulent activity
• Review sales reports to optimize campaigns
• Coordinate with creative for GEO-specific materials
• Initiate new campaign ideas and bonuses for affiliates
• Represent the company at international events
