The position supports the attorney team, requires a high school diploma (legal field certificate or 2-year degree preferred), and may involve up to 0-5% travel. A remote work option may be available with approval.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Legal field certificate or 2-year degree preferred; experience may be substituted for education.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all Firm’s Affidavit Requests per policies and client directives.
• Review applicable files for accuracy in drafting affidavits.
• Draft and compile affidavits with attention to detail.
• Order affidavits per client requests and directives.
• Upload correspondence to clients via portal or email.
• Log executed affidavits and follow up with clients for returns.
• Coordinate with Attorneys and Clients to ensure proper approvals.
