Bron Tapes is seeking a Sales/Sourcing Representative – Airline/MRO to develop customer relationships, source parts, and coordinate with internal teams. This remote role supports new business growth in aerospace markets and targets existing accounts with strong negotiation and quoting responsibilities.

The role requires sourcing experience, CRM proficiency, and a track record of meeting sales quotas. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $68,000 DOE with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in business development or sales roles.
• Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• CRM experience in Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.
• ERP experience (NetSuite or similar) desirable.
• Strong communication and industry knowledge in manufacturing or aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Respond to product, pricing, and availability inquiries.
• Follow up on quotations and customer requests.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, and logistics to resolve issues.
• Identify and pursue new customers within territories or industries.
• Generate leads via networking, referrals, trade shows, and outbound outreach.
• Schedule meetings and product presentations; maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing packages.
• Process purchase orders and monitor status; maintain CRM data.
