Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Aerospace market
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and military aircraft, drones/UAS, satellites and space systems
• Lead technical discussions with customers on drawings, specs, and material selection
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce
