Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Seattle, WA is seeking a Sales Engineer to promote and sell the company’s engineered products to a defined set of accounts and markets. You will apply a consultative approach to grow profitable territory sales and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing project cycles, conducting frequent customer visits, and coordinating with Marketing and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required, preferably in Business or Engineering.
• Strong sales or engineering background with 3+ years preferred.
• Technical aptitude to read prints/drawings and understand aerospace/rubber products.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Trelleborg products within assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline; lead projects and ensure timely quotes and orders.
• Achieve 7+ projects per month; complete 20+ sales visits monthly; utilize CRM for all data.
• Provide market feedback and collaborate with Marketing/Product teams.
