Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology is seeking an Installation Site Lead to provide leadership at a remote location and supervise safety, guidelines, and productivity while meeting production goals.

You will install and maintain production machines, perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting, and oversee equipment improvements with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in a leadership position.
• Minimum of seven years Aerospace Automated Assembly Systems or Automotive experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• This position may require a government security clearance; US Citizen required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Installs and maintains production machines, production equipment, and facility’s equipment.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Oversees project execution to include quality and production requirements.
• Ensures employees execute job specifications and meet project requirements.
• Reports project progress and inspects completed projects.
